1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between you (the customer) and Marco Dinh, Am Bächelchen 28, 60388 Frankfurt am Main, regarding the purchase and use of online courses offered on www.marcodinh.com. By purchasing a course, you agree to these T&Cs.

These T&Cs apply worldwide. For consumers in the European Union, the statutory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.


2. Description of Services

The online courses offered on www.marcodinh.com are designed for personal development and self-reflection. The courses are not therapeutic, medical, or professional advice and do not replace such services. Access to course content is granted for 6 months from the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify course content or discontinue access to the course in cases of breach of these T&Cs or for technical reasons.


3. License to Use

By purchasing an online course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal license to access and use the course materials strictly for your own personal development.

You are prohibited from:

  • Sharing, distributing, or otherwise making the course materials accessible to third parties.
  • Using the course materials for commercial purposes or in any professional capacity.
  • Modifying, copying, or reproducing the materials without explicit written consent from Marco Dinh.

A violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your access to the course and legal action.


4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. The accepted payment methods are Stripe, credit card, and bank transfer. Access to the course will be granted only after successful payment has been processed.


5. Refund Policy

We offer a voluntary refund policy of 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are available upon the explicit request sent via email to info@marcodinh.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request.

Refund eligibility:

  • Access to the course will be immediately terminated once the refund is approved.

6. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR regulations. Please refer to the Privacy Policy on our website for more details.


7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by:

  • Intentional acts or gross negligence by us or our legal representatives.
  • Injury to life, body, or health.

For cases of simple negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties). In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the course materials or for outcomes resulting from the application of course content.


8. User Conduct

By accessing the course, you agree to:

  • Abstain from any disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior within online course forums or communities (if applicable).

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers within the EU, your local mandatory consumer protection laws may apply.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement is Frankfurt am Main, provided you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special public fund.
